Please ensure that your slack email is same as the one you used to login into SaaSMonk dashboard

  • You can directly send the message to the visitor by clicking on the Greet Visitor button or by replying to the thread.

  • If you receive a green tick on the message, it means that the visitor has received your message.

    • You're not the assigned agent for the visitor as only one agent can chat with the visitor.

    • You're not registered on the SaaSMonk dashboard. Please connect with your admin to get yourself added on the dashboard.

NOTE: If you don't receive any reaction on your message after sending the message, please contact SaaSMonk support immediately.

If you receive a cross mark on the message, it means that the message was not delivered to the visitor. Possible reasons could be:
